plan 2013: february goals.

February is here, wahoo! This month, I am focusing on exercise as part of my plan 2013 and I'm excited to make this come to life! Here are my goals for February:

1. Yoga/pilates fusion class on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:45. Marlaine, I'm coming back! Please feel free to kick my butt.

2. Spinning on Friday mornings at 6:15.

3. Zumba on Sunday mornings at  10:45.

4. Walking/running on Monday evenings during The Biggest Loser.

5. Go to hot yoga twice.

6. Go to cardio kickboxing on Wednesday evening twice.

7. Try a Pure Barre class.

Do you think I can do it? I think I'm most excited about trying Pure Barre. I've always wanted to test that out and this month, I will!
