This week has been so great in terms of food. I planned some great meals and they have all turned out so well. Going meatless has been pretty easy (except for tonight when I got the only vegetarian thing on the menu instead of sushi) and I feel good. Down four pounds from Sunday isn't so bad either! Tracking works, if I can make myself stick to it. Here are some things that I've been enjoying this week.
